Non bass(sorry) Going solo repertoire

I am a bass player, but I started on guitar and now I'm more of an acoustic player. I'd like to build towards doing solo gigs just me singing with an axe.

Songs I've been learning are Beatles tunes, Elton Johns ballad type tunes, Tom Petty... standards like brown eyed girl and **** but I'm down for everything and new stuff.

Im playing to a general audience when this happens so new stuff old stuff.. long as its good stuff that most people know.

I have a list myself, but I can't find anything to reference online and dont have anyone to catch doing this kind of thing for reference.

If you're playing out already, during a break, maybe ask the people listening what other songs they would like to be listening to. Create your own focus group. Just ask them!
