Not online! I use a local guy. He does a great job.

I don't know where you are, but here in Fort Wayne, IN, I can tell you where to go.

I have a feeling I'll get scoffed at, but I make em myself. The print on iron on paper these days is pretty good. I find inexpensive ( not cheap) t shirts when they go on sale and can usually get them for $2 or so. A full page iron on costs about $1.50 and I figure the ink in my printer is about $1.50 a shirt. For $5 a shirt I don't think you can go wrong. Yeah, it takes some time but I think the benefit of being able to change designs and make smaller quantities outweighs the time spent. Unless you're selling 20 per gig, then it would be too much.

They have a "Garage Sale" special: Either black on assorted light shirts or white on assorted dark shirts, front only, $4 per shirt.

We have a local hookup, has his own shop, let's us print our own and charges us just the price of shirts and usually let's us print our own "custom" shirts for ourselves. Local is the best way to go.

Sacramento. Oh well.

I used customizo.com for our first order. Good results. $7 per shirt. A good start.

My school has a screen printing press we're allowed to use, so we grab what shirts we can and print them ourselves. One source we've been using is the thrift store, buying used shirts for like a $1 a piece. We sell them for a reduced price compared to the new shirts, and call them "Recycled Vintage". Sell like crazy, people love the whole concept, and we love buying the shirts on the cheap.

We pick through the bins to find blank ones. We did do one or two that were old sport jersey-style, and had numbers on the back, but otherwise we look for blank ones to provide a clean slate to screen onto.
