How would that go over as a band name?
The drummer from my current band (I'm starting a side project) thinks it might be construed as unprofessional.
Here are some others I like:
Velvet Angel
After April
Bloom
Velvet Bloom
Skyline
Lux
Trailerpark Casanovas
Suite 16
Vaxxine
Geezer

Out of the ones listed, Geezer is the cleverest and most appropriate for what you play.

I think One Awesome Inch sounds great, and since every word's in the dictionary... What's not professional about that?

I know a lot of folks get successful using funky names, but I'd much rather see a band with a clever OR relatively mundane name as opposed to one that's trying too hard to be 'cool'. Those names always fail.

Just Google "skyline band" and "skyline music" (obviously put in any band name idea instead of skyline). Guaranteed you will quickly find out if anybody is using that name. |

In your list, Vaxxine would be great if you do mostly Hair Metal covers. Geezer is also good, except for the Geezer Butler reference. Still, probably acceptable IMO.

Geezer sounds like you intend to do nothing but Black Sabbath songs.
