Opening for Credence Clearwater Revisited!

Sign in to disble this ad
We are opening for Credence this Friday at the Palace of Auburn Hills (MI)!

Crazy.

I've never played anywhere near that magnitude. Any suggestions?

Will they likely mic my cab or direct box me you think?

Congrats! What a great gig. The bigger shows I've played has always been a DI. Who knows what you'll get.
I wouldn't think twice about it. Just go rock it out.
Send some pics!

Congratulations! I'd suspect Di as well, but it really depends on the venue.

Congrats!!!!! I wish I could go to that concert, I'm a big fan of CCR... I don't know about the amp situation. Judging from your profile, I think you could do either. Good luck and rock on!

Nice gig! Make sure you have someone in the crowd (hopefully close to the stage) to take LOTS of pictures for your web site - and to share with us.

...there's a bathroom on the right

We're trying to line up a HD video camera. We wanted to record the audio off the mixing console, but they won't allow it. Oh well. Crappy audio from the cam will have to do. We have a friend that is a pro photographer that is getting a press pass, so that is sweet.

Cool deal brian! I find it funny that you guys have a song named after my home town of Williamston. You ever out in lansing to jam around?

The song Williamston is in fact referring to your Williamston. We used to rehearse at a friend's place there. I'm not sure of the connection. Mike writes the lyrics

I am in Lansing a bit. I went to MSU and we've played some shows at various places. It's not really original music friendly out there unfortunately and the Temple Club closed which is a shame.

Try to grab a handheld or at least a separate mic for the camcorder, makes the world of difference.
