I don't care about your age. I don't care about your level of experience. You need to be good on your instrument. You need to have good sound. You need to be able to control your dynamics. You need to be able to SING both lead and backing vocals. I need you to have a "look" of some kind. You can't be boring. You have to have some kind of stage presence. There has to be chemistry.

I'm told I'm getting to be "a cranky old man" (mostly by my son & my wife). I disagree. I just figure at this point in my life, I've paid my dues & I don't have much patience for idiots who want to waste my time or yank my chain. I'm probably mellower at a practice or gig than I am anywhere else...so I'm good!
