What are your thoughts on vocalist playing air guitar during a gig ? I think it is one of the stupidest things I have seen during a performance.

| | | | Yeah, Can't stand it. Like during a solo why air guitar? I don't air trumpet during a trumpet solo. Although its kinda hard when I'm laying down the bass for it. Why don't the singers just get some liquids or something or headbang or something. Or get a guitar and play a ****ing solo so you're not air guitaring and actually playing the guitar. |

| | | | I think it looks silly, too, but Chuck Billy of Testament has been doing it for a long time...with his (half) microphone stand. |

To talk about it being done it seems retarded but to see it it's much better than to see a vocalist just stand there and do some high school drama class pose. |
