I do a lot of great songs, but I just realized, most of them are heartbreak songs, and I doubt that's what this young lady wants.
Help!

+1 on Wonderful Tonight. Good song and easy.
Don Henley's Heart of the Matter is another good one.

Wonderful Tonight isn't really speaking to me, but I can easily pull it off.
Michael Buble's "Home" looks do-able.
I am considering also "Thank You," by Led Zeppelin (I've been doing it for years, and can really pull it off,) and maybe "Just the Way You Are," Billy Joel.
I am still looking for more suggestions. That "Wedding Song" is HARD.

Tom Petty probably has a few as well, maybe Learning to Fly. Then there's Keep Your Hands to Yourself by Georgia Satilites as a great song to play when the garter comes off. Six Blade Knife by Dire Straits might be an interesting choice later in the evening. |

I'm not the quickest at learning a new song, lyrics, chords, etc; adding a little bit of instrumentation, and then NAILING it with proper emotion, etc, so whenever I can "re-learn" one, it helps SO very much.
This is getting to be one helpful little thread.
Thanks to EVERYBODY, and keep 'em coming!
I still have a bit of time for this wedding, and this is a very nice young lady, who is counting on me!
