Thanks for the lastest comments.

I'd have to agree with you Eris' bassist, to me, prog means more convoluted structure and technically complex music but I'm no reference on the matter. We like to keep it simple and don't really care about genres and labels. I'm still on the electronic musician idea, if I manage to fin someone to jam with us, it'd be great.

Blue, we had a few small (bar) to medium (local scene) gigs. I wouldn't say we are a recording band, those sounds were recorded with a stereo recorder thrown in the middle of the rehearsal place. We are amateurs with full time jobs wishing to have fun with music, complete our line-up and go gig out there. So yes, gigging IS the goal, something like 1-3 gigs a month would be good for us I guess.

Those recordings are just parts of songs put after one another that have yet to be structured depending on who will join us.

Well good luck.

I was curious and interested in your direction because it's tough to nail down what theres a market for outside of traditional cover rock & roll bands.

Opportunities depend on how smart the band is, how much effort you put into it and your local scene.
