Question Will they want to look good on the dancefloor?

Ok, so my band's got a gig at a High School, and we were thinkin' of playing the Arctic Monkeys song, "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor". Try saying that 10 times fast.... Anyway, we aren't sure the audience is going to like the song. Sure it's a catchy song, but with the alternative sound we don't know if the "crowd" will like it.
The british accent may conflict with the world's pour taste in music (I'm talking about all the rap). Nothing against the accent at all, I like it, but like I said, some people just don't seem to get they aren't the only people in this world. But whatever, I was just wondering if this Arctic Monkeys song will be a successful song, and not drive away the audience, away to the punch bowl to dump on us.

FYI, our other songs will range from as calm as Led Zeppelin to as heavy as Rage Against the machine, so the punk-alternative sound wont conflict with the style.

Off topic but when did Led Zeppelin become classified as "calm"? Just curious.

sheffield accent's suck anyway :P

it's not like you have to sing it in one though, no one's really gonna care; it's only a high school gig.
