Our band is starting to do these for the hits of our upcoming release, just to get people excited. Should we continue? Would you wanna watch these?

What We Call Victory is the name of the group.

I like that each player has his own video, but I'm not going to listen to the same song four or five times to see each person play. Limit each video to less than half the song. Maybe make a video for each, and if you watch them all in a particular order you'll hear the whole song.

I love videos from recordings! Here's some input from bands I gigged with.
Leviathan: Leviathan - Beneath A Blackened Sky (Studio - Making Of - Video) - YouTube
Nowhere The Answer: Nowhere The Answer im Studio - YouTube

Using the one audio and fading in and out between members looks good. Or just split the videos across the one shot/audio, like in squares - 70's/80's production style, but with live play and modern blending to make it look contemporary.

I hope you are all working off the same audio recording otherwise synching sound and video will be somewhere between nightmare and impossible

Although not really my cup ot tea, the music sounds fine.

I can't say as I appreciate the videos. Yes, you and your drummer are fine players, but I'd rather see a BAND. Seeing you guys in what looks like a studio setting isn't very exciting and seems a bit self indulgent... in other words, I don't think people in general will get it. There's no stage presence or charisma. It's very dry to watch, IMO.

The sound is great and you're both great players, tho'. I wish you luck. I just don't think these videos will achieve what you hope to accomplish.

In my humble opinion, (and what do I know) you would be better off to arrange a live showcase and video that, then dub the recording.
