We'll be covering stuff from the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Reel Big Fish, Fishbone, Smash Mouth, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Cherry Poppin Daddys, Brian Setzer, Tower of Power, Sly and the Family Stone, you get the drift. We'll also do our own take on Top 40 songs, ala Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Punk goes 80s, etc... It's basically party music with horns, with little to no "wedding band" material. But, we plan to work with some local agencies, so we gotta keep that in mind.
I have a couple of names I'm considering, but wouldn't mind getting some other ideas.
So if you have a name, fire away! |

Here's an example, a popular local Ska band: http://www.llamatsunami.com

Here's a couple I've come up with:
The Skunk Daddies
Rick Havoc and the Novatones
Miso and the Hornies |

Completely random, popped into my head while trying to think of something more intelligent. It wont go away and is disrupting further thought. So I'm just going to leave it here and go do something else. |
