Drew Gress -The Irrational Numbers

anyone heard this new Drew Gress album yet? its the same line-up as the last one, which I thought was an incredible record (Tim Berne, Ralph Alessi, Craig Taborn, Tom Rainey, how could it not be incredible?). I've ordered a copy, but not received it yet.

Oh boy.... I have a feeling that one will make it to my 'pod shortly. Followed by an intense desire for a new set of Spiros....

I have heard this. And all I can say is that he's done it again....

Torn's production completely turns everything on its ear - this record sounds like nothing else I've heard. Everybody plays his ass off, the writing is great, Byram did yet another beautiful design...I dunno what else to add without continuing to gush. Which I never do about anything....

I would highly recommend this one to anybody.
