| Duke Ellington "The River"
Heard this last night at the radio station, absolutely beautiful, Duke was commissioned to score a ballet in 1970 which he called "The River" he was late as usual in getting the music completed, so he simply submitted 6 solo piano movements so they could get started, and apparantely this is the first time ever they've been released on disc. Highly Recommended listen.
