Question New Richard Daivs record?

I heard a great track on WBGO (NY area) recently that was an amazing solo bass piece performed by Richard Davis off of (I think) a newer recording. I'm trying to figure out what record this might be and where I can get it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Your best bet is to call the station.
I have found Rhonda Hamilton to be Knowledgeable.

For anyone interested, I found the record, it's entitled "The Bassist", and features Davis playing through a series of duets with pianist John Hicks. Almost all feature RD playing arco, including his version of the Eccles Sonata. Very cool.
