New Song = Bash Me/Friend Me!

http://www.myspace.com/kshaybass

new song from my live performance tonight. unfortunately, i didn't have any say in the mixing so the bass tone is a little middy or whatever it is, so it goes.

cheers

Nice Kevin. I'm always very impressed by your playing.

The feel during the piano solo is really nice. I really like some of the things you are doing. Nice interaction. I dig how you are part of the conversation but still keeping a nice groove.

My only caveat is your playing behind the singer. Specifically when you are doing the halftime feel. A little busy for my taste. It makes it feel tense. The ideas you have are really nice but I just feel that the bass should play a bit more of a supportive role (low and groovin) during the melody.

Overall really nice.
