Red P-Bass with Geddy Jazz Neck, Seagull CW6 too

I'm looking for a Seagull acoustic and a Fender P-bass w/ Jazz neck that were stolen from me on Monday.

The acoustic is a Seagull CW6. It's all scratched up on the front from picks and is a single cutaway with active electronics. It has a darkish top without the gloss finish, and like I said it's pretty scratched up from years of use.

The Bass is a Candy apple red P-bass body (also very used looking with finish cracks and a spot worn through to the wood. Looks like a relic job, but it's from being used every damn day for years and years. It has a black Badass II bridge, and Seymour Duncan Basslines pickups. The neck was replaced by a Jazz neck from a Geddy Lee sig model. It is a maple fretboard with black blocks and binding, and has his signature on the back of the headstock, and should be very easy to identify from this combo of parts.
