Yup, the ex-girlfriend stole it (and other possessions of mine) when she moved out. She even wrote a fun little letter where she expressed that she is taking my guitars.

Here's the serial number: 06 09115

It should have the factory hard case with it.

This was stolen in the Columbus, OH area by a Kelli Montgomery...but she could be in Findlay, OH or anywhere else by now.

Kelli Montgomery:
29 Years Old
5'7" 115 lbs
dark medium-length hair
drives a red Dodge Dakota druck

...please let me know if you have ANY information about this bass...it's my baby!!!

I'd register it on the RRF database.

That way, you can mark it as stolen and anyone checking against that database will know it was stolen.

There's even an entry that shows just the stolen Ricks.

Good luck getting it back.

I'll be looking for it as well.

Stolen Ric

I've received several email notices on this through:

www.ScreamingStone.com
Facebook.com/ScreamingStone
Myspace.com/ScreamingStone
Twitter.com/ScreamingStone

These guys were instrumental in helping me recover a stolen guitar.

I'm in PA and will keep my eyes & ears open.

If you know who took it, call the cops.

Yup! That would have been my first action, then I'd hire a lawyer. She literally wrote down her intent to commit a crime.

Also, make absolutely sure you take no heed or comment on nor state any actions of violence or harm directed towards her or her possessions etc. CYA my friend but I would also be aggressively pursuing her through all legal means possible.
