Stolen Adamovic 5-string bass

April 2008 an Adamovic Orion 5- string bass was stolen in Amsterdam (the Netherlands)

This is a custom built bass and the only Orion with a zebrano top ever built. So if you see this bass it means it is not where it should be.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I just had a 5 string Sadowsky recovered by a local pawnbroker and the local city police. I sent email & pictures to all local and nationwide instrument dealers that I could find links for, local pawn brokers and local radio stations. I searched forums, ebay and other internet musical instrument re-sale sites (craigslist, etc.) Got real lucky when the thief tried to pawn it and the pawn shop owner ran the websites and noticed one of my postings. There were a ton of good ideas given to me by forum members, so check out the thread.
