Stolen Gt-6b

I recently had came upon my old Gt-6b that was stolen from me when i let a bud borrow it and he left it at someone house and that someone supposedly pawned it in a the pawn shop around the corner from his house.
I know this is definably my gt-6b because of the wear and tear marks. Thing is i don't have any of the old paperwork with it that has the copies of serial numbers and stuff.
Would their be anyways of getting this back if thats the case?

if you don't hae ther serial # it will be hard but talk to the store owner and explan the situation alot of the time you may be able to buy it back at cost ... or get the police involved ...
