Uber410 and Neox112 stolen

Sign in to disble this ad
I awoke this morning to going to my car and finding it was broken in to. I lost my stereo, GPS and my Uber410 and neox112...never leave anything in your car even if it is parked in front of where you live. Fortunately (if there is such a thing) the Shuttle heads are light enough that they came in with me.

dude that is such a P.I.T.A., I'm sorry to hear for your loss. My brand new car got broken into a few months after I bought it and I lost my GPS, camera, ipod, a practice amp and my Traben Tribal Sun...

here's hoping you had the cabs insured, i didn't and got seriously screwed on the insurance claim.

also, if it helps, I claimed it under my homeowner's insurance because my auto doesn't include theft inside the car.

good luck with it all dude.

Sorry to hear that. That's a bad deal!

Maybe since there aren't just a ton of Uber cabs out there this will show up again. Do you happen to have serial numbers recorded?

What's almost as bad is the thieves probably don't even know what those cabs are.

I feel for you...we had one of our cars broken into and vandalized several months back. I couldn't imagine losing my Uber cab though.

I don't know where these turkeys think they are going with an Uber410 ~ there are not that many of them in circulation & it will be easy to spot if they try to post it anywhere.

That really blows,I never leave gear in my car because it is to easy for someone to follow you home and steal it later.
Hopefully you can catch he dirt bag that did it that stuff should be hard to move in OC.

Wow Dennis, sorry to hear that. I have to admit to being guilty of leaving stuff in my car overnight. Sometimes I have to, like if I'm on a road trip and staying in hotels, but from now on, I'm emptying it out at the end of the night.

So sorry, and such a great cab, too. I learned that lesson years ago. My band returned home from a gig, 330 am, grabbed the guitar cases, went into my house for a short relax, and when we went back for the amps, the truck was empty. Full bass and guitar rigs, gone. Hopefully, this thread will save someone else's gear, and you'll get yours back. We never did, though.

Report to the police of course, and keep an eye on Craigslist (your region and surrounding ones) in case somebody tries to sell it. You can do searches and bookmark them like this: http://easternshore.craigslist.org/s...sss?query=genz

There also seem to be a few websites for stolen gear reports.

In some ways, I respect the Muslim world, because this would have never happened in one of their countries. Get convicted of stealing over there, you get your hand cut off the following week. I wish we could have such barbaric penalties for stealing over here.

Wow. Ok, I was already becoming a GB fanboy, due to the awesomeness of the Uber cabs, but that's customer service above and beyond. I will never part with my GB cab. You rock.
