Disclaimer: This is NOT to bring an argument back to life! I am just answering a valid question.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I just lost interest in the thread and didn't see it until it was too late.

I love using these symbols because of their ease of understanding:

Δ, -, ø, and o. For some reason, I choose not to use + for augmented.

These symbols can be found in a program called "Character Map" which is found in Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools. Choose the font you want (This was found in Times New Roman), and have fun looking through all the symbols.
