Look for:
371 Harmonized Chorales and 69 Chorale Melodies with Figured Bass, edited by Albert Riemenschneider. They should all be in there. It's available from many sources, for example:
Barnes and Noble. If those chorales are showing up on the placement exam, chances are you may need this book eventually for a class anyway.
If you want to hear recordings, "Herzlich tut mich Verlangen" is in the St. Matthew Passion. The melody is used several times with different lyrics (and harmonizations) throughout the piece. The melody is actually from "Mein Gmut ist verwirret" by Hans Leo Hassler.
"Christ lag in Todesbanden" can be heard in the cantata (No.4) of the same name. This chorale melody was based on "Christ ist Erstanden" by Martin Luther, which was in turn based on the Catholic Easter Sequence "Victimae Paschali Laudes".
I don't recognize "Jesu, Jesu du bist mein" sorry!
Good luck!
