Orem's Music Theory

The first time I studied any music theory was out of an Orem's book, I think it was out of print at the time.
I believe the book was called "Orem's book of music theory" ,it had a blue cover with black print.

Does anybody remember this book, or it's proper name? I'm looking to buy it again for nostalgia, and a refresher.
Thanks for the help.
