Plug Me In by Squarepusher changes

Hi, everyone -

I'm hoping this is the right place to post this.

There's this squarepusher song that I (apparently) have been waiting my whole life to arrive.

Can someone help me with the changes?

Specifically, my ear has a hard time picking up the difference between the chord at 0:08 and 0:13. It's the end of a phrase, and each time he uses the same approaching chords, but at 0:08 he hits one chord, and at 0:13 he hits a different one. The difference between them is PAINFULLY subtle, and I have gone mad trying to figure out the difference.

Also, changes for the whole tune would be amazing. I think it's really beautiful and could lend itself to a nice jazz standard. He's a wonderful musician, no?

thank you!
