To fret or not to fret???

Hello all, I just activated this account about twenty minutes ago in the hope that I might find someone out there that has any experience with a fretless bass? I've been playing fretted for most of my life and am seriously considering a change of tone. My question is; who are the head honchos of manufacturing the electric fretless bass and where do I find them? Any help and input as to your own experiences would be much appreciated.

This isn't the right forum for your question - this is where members can direct questions about the TalkBass board to Paul, the owner. Your question would be a better fit in the "Basses" forum.
