Naming Conventions for GTGs

Can I please ask that we have a consistent policy on naming of GTGs - which gives you an accurate picture of where they are being held?

So it is very irritating to keep opening threads talking about "international" GTG - there are dozens of current threads!! - where this does not tell you the location.

Please can I suggest that all GTgs and threads be accurately named - as in New York GTG open to all, or London GTG, Swedish GTG for Scandianavian TBers.. etc.

I think we need to have a policy on this to save time and maintain accuracy/honesty/integrity within TB.

Unless you are saying that you just don't care about members who are outside the US...?

Well - just as we have names for forums and don't lump everything in together - GTGs should be accurately labelled - not lumped under a title that tells you nothing.

Just as we have basses amps etc we should have accurate locations for GTGs in thread titles.
