I recently sold a bass to another forumite. He left me feedback, meaning for it to be positive, but accidently made it negative, even though the message is obviously positive. So the question is, how can you, or is it possible to change feedback? Please help. I don't want someone's bad key stroke or mouse slip to impede further transactions. HELP!
