I have seen the "+" next to peoples names from time to time on the "whos on" "whats going on" page aka 2 nd page. What does this mean? Also I have seen "*".
Another question: I have seen some Mods who's names are not bold. Example Heavy Duty who had a "+" next to his name.

The "+" and "*" are easier. The "+" means I'm dead, and you're talking to my spirit.
Actually, here's the key (from the bottom of the "Who's Online" page): Quote:

* User is invisible to others

+ means that person is on your buddy list
* means that person has been inactive for a little while
Bold= supporting members
Regular=admins,mods,normal members
The little bass clef in the bottom:
white=user is online
dark=User is offline
