| Is there a way to change the title of a thread?

In "For Sale" ads, when one wants to change the price or other info, is there a way to edit the title that appears on the main page? Whenever I try altering the title it only affects the subtitle, not the main title.
Or do I have to cancel the ad and start over (re-load pics etc) each time I want to modify the price?
