| Very strange. To give a little bit more info, I'm trying to upload an allowably-sized jpeg, and am not allowed to do it either here or in the thread I first tried it in. My net access is acting plenty snappy, so that's not it. One other strange thing: normally, when the manager opens, there is a little bar graph showing how close to my limit I am, and I see nothing like that now. Could this be part of it? |
