1975 Precision - Just got it for $1600. Good or bad deal?

Hi guys, I just bought this baby. 1975 Fender Precision Bass in great/ good condition. Original were replaced with Badass bridge, CTS pots, DiMarzio pickups, Schaller tuners and a newer pickguard. There are no splits, cracks, breaks or repairs anywhere just light to moderate play wear with some nicks, finish fading and checking (pictured). The neck is straight and the frets are in great shape. Comes with the original hardshell case.

Do you guys this is a good deal? I always wanted a vintage bass but now I am a bit worried all these new bridge, pickup and else does not serve the purpose.

I attached some pics as well.

Terrible deal. You should've bought an Upright instead.

That is about the average going price for a mid-70's Fender bass, so in that repect you did good.
Beautiful bass, congratulations.
Wear it proud, play it loud!

You did fine! Not a steal given the mods, but a reasonable price.

You should put some Spirocores and an Underwood pickup on that baby! Check the radius of the fretboard, though. It looks a little flat for arco work.

Finally. A 70's-era 'burst that I like from Fender.

Gorgeous bass are the pickups a newer version? if it were mine I would get some pickups original to that era but that would probably take it over what it's worth.

It just needs to be drilled for a Laborie endpin and have an extension put on and you're good to go.
