What style tuning keys does a 2001-2002 jazz bass neck take?

I've looked around online and can't seem to find the proper design. I ordered some of the black plastic metal combo ones and they are not correct. Apparently that type of design is for the American deluxe and I have the std american jazz bass neck.

Can anyone recomend where I can find the stock tuning machines?
