| Fender Japan basses are great value for money. If you knew the model then I could give you precise specs. In general the nut width on the Fender Japan standard p is 42mm which is narrower than it's US counterpart. I believe the radius is 7.25. If you are looking for a traditional chunky neck then the Japan P is probably not for you. I prefer the necks on the Japanese p basses because it's almost like playing a precision with a jazz neck. My Japanese 70's reissue p bass has an A width neck which suits me fine. Again depending on the model, used prices can range from around 450 to maybe 575 on the high end for the standard model. The price goes higher for the reissues. That's not factoring in shipping of course. I bought one of mine direct from Japan so of course you can tack on anywhere from 115 to 150 bucks for shipping.
