Hi everybody. Im here with a question, as i know 35" scale basses normaly are tuned to BEAD (4 string), can i use a higher tunings Drop C, Drop D or even standart E tuning on it?

Scale in no way dictates stringing or tuning.

Almost every 35" 4 string I've player has been EADG other than Spector Euro TW35 (something like that), EADG isn't a problem.

Who told you that? One inch of scale length is not that major of a change, 35" 4-string basses are sold in the store tuned EADG. You've got it backwards; people who have decided to adopt a BEAD tuning often decide to use a 35" bass in hopes that the extra length will help the B hold tension (they can get very floppy). You can tune any bass pretty much any way you want, depending on the strings you're using.
