5 String Fender Jazz Body

What year is this??

That body might be an American Standard, but I do not think it is a Deluxe. I believe all Deluxes have the 5 hole neck plate, since introduction in 1995.

Definitely not a Recent Deluxe. Deluxes have the contour in the neck plate area. +1 on the 5 screw plate as well.

That's a four string HW1 that someone swapped the bridge on. Check out the pickups.

Not all DLX bodies have the curve with the 5 bolt neck plate. I know that much from reading Warmoth's DLX options.

Thanks. I thought it looked fishy. Could still be a nice body, for the right price...just swap back to a 4 string. ^_^
