i'm hoping to join within the next month or 2. wondering if it'll be worth the transition to 35" scale for the tighter B? or more accurately i'm worried about whether I'll be able to handle a 35" 6-er (don't have any real opportunities to try one for myself). not trying to derail this thread, i just figured it would be the best place to go for advice.

Ibanez BTB 1006, my back up. I just got it 2 weeks ago, used.

well, I just got mine yesterday.
It's pretty inexpensive, but it does have 6 twangers if my math is correct...

EDIT:

decided to add the Douglas WOB 826

NIce looking Brice! I like the natural look. How does it play?

its SUPER smooth. It came with flatwounds, which I'm not a big fan of. But it still sounds good. I'll keep them on for the time being before I get roundwounds. I like a bright sound.
I's probably the most comfortable 6 I've played to date.
I also have a Douglas WOB 826 fretless, but I might be selling it since I got this one. I don't need 2, ...or do I??
