Pick up 4 American Standard J's and P's instead. You'll be happier.

Or a Lakland USA Joe Osborn and an American Standard P.

You can do a lot better for $4k.

Yeah. As a 2nd-hand owner of a '76 Jazz, it's definitely not worth nearly that much.
