About the fender relic jaco

Hi,

I have tried a fender custom shop jaco relic signature
At the start I thought the neck was thin, not the usual 60's jazz bass neck
Then I realise the fingerboard is nearly flat; not a 7.25 and even a 9.5 radius

I have take a look at the fender custom shop specs but the radius is not specified

Do someone know the radius of the jaco relic signature ?

well, i owned the Jaco Tribute and have played the CS Jaco Relic and both have a normal sized jazz neck. nothing about those two basses felt out of spec. i don't have the actual specs, but they are available on the Fender site. gl

The US tribute got a 7.25" radius, yes
But I find nothing about the CS jaco relic radius

The neck is not thiner, it feels thiner. And I realise (to my surprise) that the fingerboard is nearly flat, not the classical 7.25" radius. This is why it feels different

And this is why I ask and whant to clarify that spec
