Access to Mighty Mite truss rod?

Do you adjust the truss rod in a Mighty Mite neck at the heel, or at the headstock?
From all available pictures, I can't tell whether the dark shape on the headstock has a hole in it, or whether it's just an inlay.
I need to know because I'm about to buy one of the $97 ones on Ebay, and if the truss rod is adjusted at the heel, I'll want to buy a pickguard with the notch in that location, unlike the one I have now.
Thanks!

The hole is at the headstock. Takes an allen wrench.
