Acoustic with a jazz - thin neck

Did a search and couldn't find anything specific. Looking for an acoustic bass that has a thin neck like you might find on a jazz bass. Not much of a selection at the local GC, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Looking for either 4 or 5 string.

Only seems to come in a 4 string model. A recommendations for a 5 string acoustic jazz?

Also look to the Fender Victor Bailey acoustic. It shares its neck with the electric Bailey j model.
