Anyway, to be honest, there was nothing at all special about the wiring in my lefty. Standard solid-shaft CTS pots, plastic coated stranded wire, and one of those tiny creme colored caps.
In all honesty, I was pretty disappointed that all standard audio taper pots were used and wired lefty.
Not THAT big of a deal with the volume control, but it makes the tone control practically useless since the taper is wrong.
So, I gutted mine and replaced all the electronics with CTS reverse audio taper pots wired lefty, added a fancy over-priced oil-can cap and used all cloth wiring.
I kept the pickups though... not sure what they are, exactly... they have raised pole-pieces... but they sound really good.
I've been tempted to throw some Fralins in there though... just to see what might happen...
