Anybody using a bass rig completely NON US or UK?

Big share of electric axes/amps/effects until some twenty years ago were either US or British made. Things change and in a global world, as in the thread title: anybody using a NON US or Brit rig?

I mean: Squier still is a Fender spinoff, so even if your Squier bass is made in Korea, it still is a US based design/product. So no to Squier. Therefore: NO to Fender/Gibson/Ric/Marshall/Peavey/Ashdown/Schroeder etc......

Example: anybody using exclusively something like

Warwick bass
Glockenklang combo
Yamaha compressor

or

Vigier bass
A.T.S. amp
Markbass speakers
Ibanez flanger

etc.....

Premise is broken from the get-go.

Unless you are playing on and through antiques, just about everything made today has at least some parts sourced through Asia.

I understand your "US design" paradigm. However, using that as a benchmark, my SX jazz 5 through an Eden E300T are both US based designs, yet both are manufactured in China.

Based on your premise, a Chang Jiang motorcycle is only non US because it's copied from a German design (BMW R100).

Based on this I find the original premise as close to a brick as a box of sand.

come on, man: lighten up! We all know VEEEERY well that it is a totally interconnected world and that into, say, a Markbass head maybe 95% of the components are made in China or Korea!

Just talking about the brands: no scientific hair splitting here. Just talking brands...

P.S.: SX and EDEN do not qualify, even if completely made in China, then... and a Chang Jiang motorcycle is only non US because it's not an Us (or UK) brand.

Don't you please talk like my wife....

Guy man: even if your rig is excellent (deep envy for your axes collection!), you still have a "half breed" US/ITA whole rig (meant from "fingers" to the "ears")!!!!

Oh ok so you are looking for people that have status basses through Marshall etc...

Probably more prevalent outside the USA where American branded products are extremely expensive!

yes, you got the point right! Btw: Marshall does not apply since an UK product: no US or UK!

German built basses from Boerjes and Le Fay, EBS compressor and other EBS pedals (~10 years old), German built FMC cabinets, I used to play Dutch built Hevos cabs.
My main amp is American, Aggie DB 750.
I haven't seen/heard any other amp that sounds like that, otherwise I probably would be all non US/UK.
But it just happened that way, nothing really planed.

Non-US or UK basses: two Yamaha BB's, two Ken Rose (Taiwanese, I think), Höfner, Hohner

US basses: Epiphone TB and SX P

Non-US rigs: Tech combo with Conrad speakers, Madamp Pre + img Power rig, with...

US and UK cabs: two Hartke, one Marshall

US amps: two Hartke combos, one Peavey amp

Cheap and mixed, I'd say.

I don't have a single amp not made in the United States, and very few of my basses were made anywhere else.
