Anyone knows what is going on with modulus?

I had a order back in Aug 2012,they told me the due date is Jan 25th 2013
2 months passed the due date.
they are not picking up the phone call and message box is full.
not replying email as well,
are they still in the business?
please help me with this

i did,they get same result as i got, they dont mind refund me the deposit,that is not the point i worried,i just wanna a quntumn so bad

I'm having a similar issue with Ernie Ball. Thankfully it's not as long as yours. Hope you hear from them soon; that's pretty crappy.

As far as I can see, Modulus is still building awesome basses; and they have never in my experience responded to inquiries.

They sell all they build, so I guess they feel they don't need to "meet & greet".

I'm sure you'll get your instrument, and 2 months past promised delivery date is not a long time in perspective of high-end bass building.

I waited almost a year past the "due date" of my Stevens; in the end- Worth it!
Yours will be too.

I waited 6 months for my TBX5. It was well worth the wait!

Modulus has been "closed" for a couple of months now. That's why the phones are disconnected and you get no reply. Others are in the same boat as you. Everyone is waiting to hear if the company is being sold, closing permanently, looking for a new investor etc etc.
