| Is anyone a primarily acoustic bass player, or play significant amounts of acoustic?
Over a year ago I bought an acoustic bass guitar with the intent on using it for practice, playing acoustically with my guitar playing friends, and having a cool back up bass, but that changed.
I used it for those purposes, but I grew to like the sound it makes. What I have come to love about acoustic basses is not just the fact it's acoustic, but it's the different sound they make. It's overall a different tone, and there's more treble. The sound of slapping it is fantastic.
That's how I got into acoustic basses anyways. Does anyone else play primarily acoustic? |
