Anyone recognize this shape?

First off I did this really quickly in Paint (which I'm terrible at)and it was a memory from about 25 years ago. I know it's not very good...

That said, this was a bass my friend had in the 80's. I didn't play bass at the time and I have NO idea why I thought about it but now I want find out what it is...

It wasn't as squaty as I drew it. It was all black with red or orange "piping" all around the edges...

Any ideas?

EDIT: Cdef knew it/ found it. He posted it in #30.

I think you may have some intonation issues if you build it as it's designed.

No I don't. I don't recall if it had it around the neck or not. It did on the body I remember that.

Is it:
(Hohner Jack Bass)

or

Westone Quantum

?

No binding on these, but the shape looks similar. Maybe some versions had binding, who knows?

I didn't put in a headstock because, clearly... I'm not any good with paint and because I don't recall but I thought it had a headstock but don't remember what it looked like.

It was an 80's "Heavy Metal" style bass.

That's all I could think of calling it at the time... Outline a better word? I know I put it on the neck but I don't really recall if it had binding on it.

I'll guess a Westone...
Also could be Washburn... they had red-edged guitars about 1983 or so.
