Can anyone help I.D. my new Aria Pro II? There are more pictures on the previous page.

I'd like to know the model number, year, and type of wood as well as any other info I can learn!

Never seen one of their J-bass copies with a matching headstock. Definitely a mystery to me. Obviously bridge and pickups are aftermarket mods, possibly the knobs too.

This J mystery is fun! I believe that the CH part puts it out of Matsumoku era in terms of serial format. It could be post-Mat however it could be an old seventies copy. Either way, the important thing is how it plays. Awesome.

No longer own it, but I had a very good Aria Pro II - The Cat - bass, bought dirt cheap used...tightened up the screws, new strings and set up the neck...what a player! PJ pup setup, fine tone, no noise...recorded commercials with it.

I recommend it if you can find one.

I was watching this video.

I thought Tim Gaines was an Integra player?

Is this the two pickup version of the SB-1000?

I love that song! Never noticed he was using an Aria. Cool. It's hard to tell with that paint job. SB-900? I don't see elliptical inlays so I won't say Elite series.

This is my 1980 TSB-400
plays and sounds amazing and once I got rid of the hum I'm able to gig with it.
Is a 33 year old Aria worthy of a number?

I asked for a number here once.

This club is too cool for any stinkin' numbers. You know why? Because WE'RE ALL NUMBER ONE!
