| Bass for playing live and record, please help well im trying to buy a new bass, and i already have this ones:
California squier jazz bass
fretless vintage modified squier.
i want to buy a bass for playing live and record.
the bass im seeing are:
Rockbass Corvette 5 string
Warwick Rockbass Fortress
Warwick Rockbass Corvette Premium - 5c - Natural High Polish
WARWICK Corvette Standard (German, used)
Spector Legend Custom 5
and here in argentina we have this passive bass (malosetti signature, hes a bassist from argentina):
· 5 string, solid wood
· one piece neck (Neck Trhu W/Ultra Access) walnut and ash.
· rosewood 34" y 26 (Jim Dunlop 6100).
· solid body of mahogany.
· Mics Seymour Duncan Basslines (1 Soap Bar & 1 JB-2)
· bridgeSchecter Custom String-Thru Body.

im a all around player and idont want to buy a fender because i dont want to go that way, so im trying to search for 4 strings and 5 strngs basses with extended scales for soloing and for using it for latin jazz, or jazz.
if you can give me another advice of a similar bass in the same price range of another brand, or another model i will apreciate,
do you think this kind of basses are good for playing live and record?
