I'm sure Gibson/Epiphone is ok with it. |

| That's why everyone has Fenders. People bashing their aesthetics have no foot to stand on.
That's a unique looking bass. I wouldn't be caught dead with of, but that's not my style. I like a subtler approach. Also, fanned frets niggle me. So I just go after basses I like, as opposed to ones I like less.
