Beautiful 5 string P bass on Ebay...I think I'm in LOVE!!!

I just saw this beautiful 5 string P bass on ebay. I think want to marry it. But I can't afford it. Here is the link if anyone has the pocket change to get it.

This is one of my builds actually, and that starting price was the cost to build! Bartolini electronics and pickups, custom neck. I didn't cheap out on anything

Nice job. I stared at it for like 20 minutes because my fender deluxe looks nothing like that. Absolutely beautiful job brothah! Hope you don't mind if I make the picture of your bass my desktop picture on my laptop....LOL!

That neck probably cost 1 grand right there.

I didn't know Fender made those cool strap locks. Nice!

Thanks I wish you guys could play it, it just sounds great, I love the bartolini 3 band. Strung up with fedora strings its got some snap! And yes a grand for the neck is very close lol these are already great bass guitars to begin with so I had to save this. Starting with just a gutted beat up body!

It took me a minute to realize what is going on with the price. The Canadian dollar is stronger than the US dollar! LOL!

If us Yanks don't get our act together quickly, you'll be buying 2 American dollars for 1 Canadian.

Yeah, the US dollar value is dropping very rapidly. But this bass on ebay.....I'm really thinking of selling one of my cars to try to get this bass.....GORGEOUS!

That's a beautiful instrument!

Gold hardware must've gone way up since I last looked. I don't want to start an argument, but I don't know how parts alone could cost 3 grand unless your time is included in the "cost to build". Then I completely get it.

Nice bass!

What is GLWTS? And a lot of people hated that pick guard but I didn't want to drown out the cool finish!

Forget those people...the pick guard makes the bass even more attractive. I made your bass my desktop picture and I can't stop staring at it. It's like I'm looking at a Lambrogini or Ferrari. Visually it's stunning.
