Epic first post :D Welcome.

Tempted to say all of them. Really. :D

Some of those things are really cheap, you could easily do more than one.

You forgot the bass case - that's what I'd get first.

I would add the Vintage/modern tone switch if its an older 4003.

Easily done with a push/pull pot and a .0047uF cap.

Solarmist 01-16-2013 04:08 PM

Oh that's really nice, and that amp/cab is making me jeaous!

The pull-pot? yeah. Pulled it has the high/vintage tone. Mine is a 2011

you can get the full kit from Ric for around £30. the switch, cap and diagram. all you need to do the refit.

Out of curiosity, how much does the OP's 4003 actually weigh?

Give or take 52 lbs.

I have none of that and yet I have a 4003.

IMO, the treble pickup bezel and the Schaller strap locks are all the a ric needs.

Spleenface92 01-17-2013 12:28 AM

Ah crap...I keep reminding myself I need to get straplocks for my Rick. It's my main gigging bass, and duct tape only works for so long.

Fishheadjoe 01-17-2013 07:36 AM

You forgot a set of files so you can get the nut properly cut on a new RIC...:hiding:
